Tiffany Delporte

Pilates, Pilates Sculpt + Senior Yoga Teacher

Tiffany is a lover of all movement practices and health modalities and is highly trained in both Pilates and Yoga. She has completed her mat Pilates training with Barre Body Australia and is now more passionate than ever about sharing her knowledge with those around her. She aims to bring a welcoming vibe to her classes; she feels everyone deserves to feel safe and well in their bodies.

Tiffany discovered Pilates after her boy Thomas was born, and felt it was the perfect combination of all the things she was passionate about.  Fluid movements, stretching, strengthening, and aligning the body all at the same time.

Tiffany has also completed a YTT at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala, India. An intense month long program for a 200-hour certification. Then a few months later she followed her passion for Ashtanga yoga, completing a 200-hour course at the Samyama Yoga Academy in Bangalore and more recently practicing at the Jois Shala in Mysore.

Daisy Divine

Pilates

Always a fan of movement, Daisy fell in love with Pilates when her friend launched online Zoom classes during lockdown. What she initially thought would be "easy and boring" turned out to be both challenging and transformative—and she was hooked.

Since then, Daisy has been teaching for five years. She has completed two reformer teacher trainings, mat training, scoliosis specialty training, and is set to dive into breathwork and pelvic floor training in 2025. She has worked with students of all ages, with diverse body types and conditions, aiming to create a space where they can enjoy movement, build community, and experience personal growth.

Daisy's classes are far from "easy and boring." They’re designed to make you sweat, get your breath flowing, and leave you feeling energised and centered.
