These events are so lovey, relaxing and incredibly popular, it is advised to book your space in advance.

Come and find peaceful space for yourself to switch off and relax. Experienced guidance by Kristin will lead even the most unexperienced yogi into this practice, supporting you to complete your week feeling rested and ready to welcome in your weekend.

Our focus for this evening is Restorative Yoga, poses that are held with support from blankets and bolsters, so we can slow, still and go gently inward to find rest. We will be moving through breath work to down regulate and re wire our nervous system and reduce the surge of stress. Our goal is to simply allow and let go of all effort and be held within this space. We give time to re accustom our systems to a slower pace of being and in replace, allowing our system to re set and rejuvenate.

On arrival to the studio we offer a cleansing from "holy wood" Palo Santo, to energetically cleanse prior to entering this re set practice.

Not essential but highly recommended, is hands on touch and guidance from experienced massage therapist Chris Borchardt. Other luxuries include eye bags & aromatherapy throughout the night.

The evening finishes with a relaxation with crystal healing bowls, offering a complete state of physical, mental and emotional relaxation.

Locally handmade vegan treats and organic teas will complete the night, offering you grounding from the deep practice and closing the evening together.
