Our events are available to book online through our booking system Momence. Click the book a class button on the top right hand corner of the screen to be taken through to our booking page. Search the date of the event you and click book. Alternatively you can book through the Momence App.

Yin + Sound

Next event Friday 9th August 6-8:30pm

These events are held regularly throughout the year, creating a transition away from work and weekly routines so you can land in your weekend feeling as though you have switched off and rested.

Our focus for these evenings is through Yin and Restorative Yoga practices. Poses are held with support from blankets and bolsters, so we can slow, still and go gently inward to find rest. We will be moving through breath work to down regulate and re wire our nervous system and reduce the surge of stress. Our goal is to simply allow and let go of all effort and be held within this space. We give time to re accustom our systems to a slower pace of being and in replace, allowing our system to re set and rejuvenate.

The evening finishes with a relaxation with crystal healing bowls, offering a complete state of physical, mental and emotional relaxation and integration.

Locally handmade vegan treats and organic teas will complete the night, offering you grounding from the deep practice and closing the evening together.

Due to popularity and preparation, tickets are non refundable and transferable to any another event or date. We can support you by honouring your booking and having you transfer this to a friend or family member in your place.

Lisa is a qualified and registered Naturopath, Medical Herbalist and Nutritionist. She undertook her degree in her 40s to gain evidence based knowledge to support women as they age and navigate peri-menopause and menopause. Lisa’s passion is to help woman understand what is happening in their bodies and educate them how to find strength and calm during this time.

Kristin is a certified experienced Yoga Teacher and Occupational Therapist, specialised in Stress Management. Kristin’s passion is supporting woman to reconnect back to themselves, to navigate adrenal fatigue and burnout by sharing the benefits in slower movement practices like Restorative Yoga. Kristin teaches yoga from a therapeutic lens & beautifully describes how each pose (asana) can become like a “tonic” not only for our hormone system but for our overall wellbeing and health.
